Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Who is responsible for your information?

AI Gainer is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

What information we collect

When you submit a free-call request, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, answers to the questions in the form, and the consent choice and submission time. Our hosting provider receives connection data such as your IP address and basic request information; the IP address is also included with the lead submission.

How we use it

We use your information to receive and manage your enquiry, contact you about the free-call request using the channels you selected, and prevent spam. The form sends your enquiry to a lead-management service provider so we can process and manage the lead. The service provider receives the form answers and a consent flag with its submission time.

We rely on your consent for the contact described in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Who receives your information

We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website, Google Fonts to serve typefaces, a lead-management service provider to manage enquiries, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement when you accept marketing cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry in our lead-management system until you ask us to remove you from our contact list. After we receive your request, we will remove your details from active marketing records, except where we must keep information to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

International processing

Our service providers may process personal information in countries outside the country where you live. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required safeguards. To ask which countries apply to your enquiry or request information about relevant safeguards, contact us using the details above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for access to your information, correction, deletion, or restriction of its use. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have the right to object or request a portable copy. You can withdraw consent to contact at any time.

If you are in the UK and remain concerned, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies, analytics, and external content

With your consent, Meta Pixel records page visits and related browser or device information, such as your IP address and cookie identifiers, and sends that information to Meta Platforms to help measure and improve advertising. The pixel is off until you accept marketing cookies. You can reject marketing cookies or change your choice using Cookie settings in the website footer. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. For more information about Meta’s processing, see Meta’s Privacy Policy. This page also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our information practices change. The date at the top shows when this policy was last reviewed.
